The assignment given by Ketel One and Sharp Magazine was to capture the spectacular cocktail after being prepared by the creator himself at The Harbour Club Amsterdam for an item in Canada’s largest For Men Lifestyle Magazine.

|| To make it, the Harbour Club’s barman Ben Warren begins with a combination of freshly squeezed tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, celery bitters, red wine, horseradish, wasabi, basil and cucumber that’s been rested overnight to gently infuse. This mix is then combined with Ketel One vodka, Jenever and a splash of the Harbour Club’s lobster bisque, poured into a mason jar and garnished with a lobster claw, a lemon wedge, a cucumber slice, a chunk of beefsteak tomato and a dust- ing of freshly ground black pepper.
